Lexus releases first photo of LF-Lc hybrid coupe concept
Wed, 21 Dec 2011Lexus LF-Lc Concept - now it's official (click photo for full size) After a leak this morning of a picture of the Lexus LF-Lc Concept, Lexus has decided to be pragmatic and reveal an official photo. After Lexus plans to tease us with their new Detroit Concept were left in tatters this morning when a photo of the LF-Lc Concept leaked from a magazine cover, Lexus has decided to bite the bullet and release an official photo of their new concept car. Just the one, mind you, although we’re sure more will crop up in the coming days.
Cadillac Converj concept
Sun, 11 Jan 2009Cadillac surprised the press today when it revealed a new 2+2 concept called the Converj. In his introduction to the concept, GM Vice-Chairman Bob Lutz said the vehicle was "pushing the envelope on design quality, and efficiency - everything that makes a great design great". Conceived at GM's Advanced Design studios in Coventry, UK, by a design team led by Simon Cox (Director of GM Advanced Design UK), the project was brought to realization in the US under the leadership of Dave Rand, Executive Director of GM Advanced Design.
2013 Ford Mondeo: Price cuts & new models
Thu, 11 Apr 2013That means a simplified lineup for the new Mondeo and the introduction of a cheaper entry-level model – the Mondeo Graphite – and a new model at the top end – the Titanium X Business Edition – with more equipment and a lower price. The Mondeo Graphite comes with 17″ alloys, sports suspension, Bluetooth, AirCon and part leather and starts at £15,995 – more than £2k cheaper than the former entry-level Mondeo Edge. At the other end of the scale, Ford are introducing the Titanium X Business Edition which replaces both the Titanium and Titanium X, gets more equipment than the Titanium X and yet costs £1500 less.
