Stunning Volvo Concept ES Estate set for Geneva 2014 debut

Volvo has rolled out the third and final concept car showcasing its new exterior design language, and dare we suggest that the Swedish firm has saved the best until last? Yes, the Concept Coupe - first shown at the Frankfurt Motor Show - is the most beautiful, but there’s something about this new Concept ES Estate that really ticks our boxes. Volvo has somehow managed to combine a number of our favourite ingredients to create a winning recipe.

Mercedes SLS AMG – production begins

The Mercedes SLS AMG has gone in to production in Germany I don’t know why – as Mercedes hadn’t previously announced it – but we guessed that they’d already started to put the Mercedes SLS AMG in to production ready for the first customer cars to start hitting in the Spring. But apparently they’ve only just started. The SLS AMG is due to arrive in Germany at the end of March at a base price of €177,310 and is being produced at the Mercedes factory in Sindelfengen, Germany.

Fiat Bravo Xtreme at Sao Paulo Motor Show

Fiat has shown an extreme version of the Bravo – the Fiat Bravo Xtreme – at the Sao Paulo Motor Show in Brazil. With the exception of the 500, Fiat’s cars in Europe are not exactly on a roll. Nothing new is really happening on the new model front with Sergio Marchionne hunkered down to try and weather the sales slump, but things are a bit brighter for Fiat in South America.
