Morgan celebrates 100 years – and a new model

There aren’t many car makers around the world who have been in business for 100 years, and even fewer that have remained in the same family for all that time. But Morgan, that maker of anachronistic 1930s-style cars, is not only still going strong, it is celebrating its 100 year anniversary in 2009, and is now the only remaining British-owned car maker in existence (aside from the ‘Garden-Shed’ makers). Subaru Hybrid Tourer concept

Subaru has released the first renderings of its 'Hybrid Tourer Concept', which will be shown at the 41st Tokyo motor show next month. A proposal for a future grand touring car, the concept aims to integrate environmental friendliness, driving performance and safety. The exterior design is said to have been inspired by wings to create a 'feeling of freedom and confidence'.

$2.9 million Pagani Zonda Revolucion introduced

Supercar maker Pagani introduced the Zonda Revolucion at its yearly international Pagani meet up. The Revolucion will be the last version -- for now -- of the Zonda. The company also said the R would be the last version, and then said the same thing about the Tricolore.
