This Haynes manual is used but it is in good shape. There is some wear and creasing on the cover though. The picture is of the actual manual that you will receive and shows the condition of the Manual. The binding is good and the pages and page edge are clean. I am sorry for this inconvenience but with recent changes in the United States Postal System it has come to my attention that media mail has been extremely slow or has not made it at all to some areas outside the continental United States. It has taken up to 6 weeks for items to get too many of these areas. In some cases it has not arrived at all. These areas include The Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Wake Islands, American Samoa, Guam and recently Hawaii. If items are purchased from these areas the Priority mail option should be chosen. Orders from these areas that choose the free shipping option will still be sent media mail but I can no longer guarantee a certain date of delivery or that the item will arrive at all. If the free shipping option is chosen for these areas the buyer must accept longer delivery dates or the possibility that the item may not arrive. I will no longer be refunding money for lost or delayed shipments to these areas when the free shipping option is chosen.
