for bid is a used Haynes Automotive Repair Manual for 1982 to 1988 Volvo 740
and 760 – all gasoline engine models. The manual has over 290+ pages that cover
tune ups and maintenance, engines, general engine overhaul procedures, cooling,
heating and air conditioning systems, fuel and exhaust systems, engine
electrical systems, emissions and engine control systems, manual transaxle,
automatic transaxle, clutch and drive axles, brakes, suspension and steering systems,
body, chassis electrical system and wiring diagrams. The manual is in great
useable condition, but does show signs of use and wear (see PIC). On a scale of
1 to 10, 10 being brand new, I’d rate this manual at an easy 9.6 for its

Wed, 12 Sep 2012The 2013 Volvo C30 Polestar Limited Edition will be available in the United States in limited numbers for a sticker price of $32,445, including $895 in destination. The 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine receives an upgrade of 23 hp and 37 lb-ft of torque, leading to a total output of 250 hp and 273 lb-ft. Volvo says the power boost comes from increasing airflow into the combustion chambers and advancing spark timing.
Ford Escort set for Beijing motor show debut
Wed, 16 Apr 2014Ford is set to unveil a production version of the Escort sedan at the China auto show this month in Beijing, meant exclusively for the Chinese market. The Escort was previewed in near-production concept form last year at the Shanghai motor show, and is meant to take on competitors positioned just above the Ford Focus sedan. Even though the Ford Escort has been absent from the automaker's global lineup since 2000, Ford of China is reviving the nameplate for this sub-Fusion/Mondeo model which will compete with cars such as the Volkswagen Sagitar and Chevrolet Cruze in the Chinese market.
