Lamborghini Gallardo production ends as its replacement is trailed

No sooner has the death knell finished tolling for the now departed Lamborghini Gallardo – the firm’s best-selling model ever – the Italian supercar manufacturer is already teasing the Gallardo’s replacement. On a new website – Hexagonproject.com – Lambo is revealing "the roar of its new creature," which is thought to be called the Cabrera. Kia K9 sedan, camouflaged Sportage spied testing

Kia was doing a bit of vehicle testing around Mammoth Lake, Calif., last weekend, and Autoweek reader Kristoffer Gjevre was there to capture the convoy. His photos show a camouflaged small SUV/ crossover and a completely undisguised K9 sedan backed up by Hyundai Santa Fe and Veloster support vehicles. Based on the roofline and A, B and C pillars, that small crossover appears to be a Kia Sportage -- and the heavy concealment at the front and rear of the vehicle suggest updated fascias may be in the works.

Audi Urban Future: Project New York

Audi will take advantage of New York's 'Festival of Ideas' to display their vision of Manhattan in 2030, an objective that fulfills part of the German automaker's Urban Future Initiative. Now in its second year (the first was held in Venice last year) the initiative was created with the intention of looking at the future of megacities as well as individual transport methods and mobility. For Project New York, Audi will be bringing together architects, designers, artists and researchers to visualize ideas for the city's future, and the carmaker has collaborated with the Architizer architecture community to create a 1:1200 scale model of Manhattan.
