This auction is for two aluminum head brackets used to convert an 02-07 CR250R to accept a 1989-2001 CR500 engine.  This is not an auction for the completed frame just for the head brackets. These head brackets are made of 1/4" thick 5052 aluminum.  They are cut out on a CNC laser then bent to shape on a CNC break then de-burred in a media tumbler. These brackets position the engine at just the right angle taking the guess work out of the conversion process.

Download the Conversion Manuals. These manuals included detailed instructions and photos on how to perform each of the modifications for great looking results.

We offer billet aluminum Y-pieces, engine mounts, coil mount bracket, exhaust and silencer mounts, airbox adapter plates and radiator outlet parts for various engine conversions. We also offer complete kits at a discount.

Check out our store ConversionParts500 for all of these components to make your conversion easy.

We will combine shipping if you purchase items together and notify us that you would like them combined.

We are happy to provide our contact info to anyone who purchases a part so they can contact us with questions about the conversion process.

He is charging motorists £2 per journey to use his bypass made from rolled chippings and avoid the closed section of the A431 between Bath and Bristol.

Ala Udin pleaded guilty to a string of motoring offences when he appeared before magistrates in Aberystwyth, Mid Wales. The 44-year-old father turned up to court with 11 points already on his licence and knowing that getting just one more would tip him over the ban threshold.
