Bugatti Atalante sells for £3 Million

Back at the turn of the new year, we brought you news of a Bugatti Type 57S Atalante that had been found in a barn in the North East, after the death of its owner, a Dr Harold Carr. We speculated on its price, for which estimates varied hugely, with some reports suggesting that a price up near £7 million was likely. We plumped for £3,000,000 and, probably more by luck than judgement, we were bang on the nail!

Design Contest: Interior Motives Awards 2011

Shortlisted entries have been announced for the 2011 Interior Motives Student Design Awards. After individual deliberation by our panel of renowned senior designers, students being tutored at colleges in a diverse range of countries including Israel, the Czech Republic, Australia, Taiwan, Canada and China, as well as in the established centres of Europe, the USA and Japan/Korea, have made the 68-strong shortlist of potential winners. GMC adds Denali trim and a larger V6 to the Terrain for 2013

The GMC Terrain crossover gets an upscale Denali trim level and a larger, more powerful V6 engine for the 2013 model year, General Motors said on Wednesday. The 2013 Terrain goes on sale this fall. The new V6 displaces 3.6 liters and is rated at 301 hp and 272 lb-ft of torque.
