FAQ
WHICH HEIGHT COMBINATION DO I NEED TO LEVEL MY TRUCK?
The best way to determine which kit you need to level your truck is to measure your current front
and rear ride height from the center of the axle to the top center of the wheel well. Subtract your
front and rear measurements from each other, this is the FRONT lift amount required to level the
vehicle. Add height evenly front and rear to level AND lift.
HOW DOES THIS LIFT KIT INSTALL ON MY VEHICLE?
These re-indexed lift torsion keys install quickly and easily by replacing your existing torsion key
mounted in your truck's crossmember. You'll need to use either a torsion unloading tool, or 5-ton
gear puller to do this. These tools can be rented from your local auto parts stores OR purchased
from one of our combined listings which include our heavy duty torsion key tool. Rear lift blocks
simply install between your axle and OE leaf pack using our extended U-Bolts.
WHY ARE YOUR LIFT BLOCKS TAPERED?
Our Heavy Duty lift blocks are engineered and designed with a built-in taper to help keep your
differential's pinion angle as close to factory specification as possible. This helps eliminate the
possibility of driveline vibration occuring due to misaligned driveshaft/differential angles, and
keeps your u-joints and driveline bearings lasting longer.
ARE MY COMPONENTS COATED?
All of our steel components are finished using a proprietary teflon-blend coating. This provides the
most durable and corossion resistant finish to withstand even the toughest abuse, on and off-road.
DO I NEED AN ALIGNMENT AFTER INSTALL?
A wheel alignment is always recommended after any components of a vehicle's suspension have
been altered. This includes disassembly and reassembly. Having a proper wheel alignment will
ensure proper vehicle control during on and off-road driving conditions, as well as help maintain
even treadwear over your expensive tire investment.

Summoning the colors of coffee, saddles and wine, Buick has crafted an upscale concept car to illustrate its potential for interior design. The LaCrosse GL debuted on Wednesday afternoon at a Detroit concert house, ahead of a showing next week at the Los Angeles auto show. The Buick LaCrosse GL features brown and caramel-colored cocochino leather inside, ice-blue stitching and an expensive-feeling suede headliner as Buick tries to lure new customers by promoting top-shelf interiors.
As Sam Livingstone opines in his review of the latest Porsche 911, we are in a period of car design consolidation, with the new 911 the ultimate expression of a slightly suffocating trend. Yet every so often, a vehicle appears that breaks these rules and – through a combination of factors that can be difficult to quantify – captures the imagination, becoming a symbol of the times and an overnight market success. Such vehicles tend to emerge once a decade or so, yet the late 90s and early noughties were extraordinary for giving birth to three – the Ford Ka of '96, Audi TT of '98 and Mini of '01.
The Vauxhall Opel Mocha SUV - Geneva Debut (render by Auto Bild)
Vauxhall Opel are developing a sub-compact SUV based on the Corsa and called Mokka / Mocha which will debut at the 2012 Detroit Show. Downsizing is all the rage as every day it gets more expensive to buy and run a car. But despite buyers looking for smaller and more economical cars, they want those cars to be smaller versions of what they’re used to, not cheap and cheerful runabouts.
