All new, OEM replacement Reveolution Chevrolet HEI distributor features a 50,000 volt coil, and high performance red cap.  It is capable of running over 9,000 RPM.  The distributor  comes complete with a full set of Moroso 8mm universal plug wires.  One set of ends are not yet installed, so you can cut the wires to a desired length, if necessary.   Great price on a replacement ignition system, for your worn out factory unit.   Includes recurve on our in house Sun distributor machine, with curve graph printed out for the distributor received.  A new Moroso spring and weight kit has been installed.  Vacuum advace unit has been removed, and a Pertronix pinning unit has replaced it, to eliminate any timing float.  Distributor shaft end play has been checked, and shimmed if necessary.  Spark scatter has also been checked as well.  This is a "race only" ignition system package, not intended for street use.  In stock, boxed, and ready to ship.  Comes with racing decals, as well.  Don't forget to include a set of Gear Headz Products thermo plug wire protectors, to prevent burnt plug wires, and complete your upgrade.  A great package deal, which will increase your engines performance.

The world rally champion’s attempt was severely hampered when the rear tyre of his Ford Fiesta exploded, forcing him to limp home to a still-respectable fifth position in a time of 11min 28.963sec. Japanese rally star Nobuhiro ‘Monster’ Tajima claimed first prize in his Suzuki SX4 with a time of 10min 15.368sec.

The Alfa Romeo 4C Spider (pictured) revealed in Geneva The Alfa Romeo 4C is the epitome of a modern ‘supercar’, with ultra light weight (for a production car) allowing the 4C to produce very good performance from its modest 17500cc engine. So producing an Spider convertible immediately raises the weight issue in a more dramatic way when the car’s abilities are so dependent on it low weight, but it seems the Alfa Romeo 4C Spider – previewed as a production car with a concept at Geneva today – has managed to keep the wight penalties of the convertible 4C down to a minimum. Thanks to a canvas roof and carbon fibre rollover bars, the weight penalty for the Spider is only about 60kg (around a 7 per cent gain) which shouldn’t hurt performance too much.

Consumer Reports ranks the Kia Sorento third among small, midsize SUVs

The 2011 Kia Sorento EX V6 now ranks third in the Consumer Reports ratings for small and midsize SUVs. Having earned an “excellent” overall score of 82 in recent tests, the Sorento trails only the Subaru Forester 2.5XT and the Toyota RAV4 V6. The magazine notes that the Sorento has a very firm ride and that the six-speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly.
