Condition:New

All new, OEM replacement Reveolution Chevrolet HEI distributor features a 50,000 volt coil, and high performance red cap.  It is capable of running over 9,000 RPM.  The distributor  comes complete with a full set of Moroso 8mm universal plug wires.  One set of ends are not yet installed, so you can cut the wires to a desired length, if necessary.   Great price on a replacement ignition system, for your worn out factory unit.   Includes recurve on our in house Sun distributor machine, with curve graph printed out for the distributor received.  A new Moroso spring and weight kit has been installed.  Vacuum advace unit has been removed, and a Pertronix pinning unit has replaced it, to eliminate any timing float.  Distributor shaft end play has been checked, and shimmed if necessary.  Spark scatter has also been checked as well.  This is a "race only" ignition system package, not intended for street use.  In stock, boxed, and ready to ship.  Comes with racing decals, as well.  Don't forget to include a set of Gear Headz Products thermo plug wire protectors, to prevent burnt plug wires, and complete your upgrade.  A great package deal, which will increase your engines performance.

Lamborghini Estoque is no more

The Lamborghini Estoque - Lamborghini has decided not to produce it. It was always a bit of a punt by Lamborghini. How would a four door Lamborghini saloon (even if it was still pretty Lamborghini-esque) go down with potential buyers?

July 9: Keeping it topped off

Fri, 09 Jul 2010

As expected, when I walked back to my parking space at VSP parking across the street from Burbank Airport the i-MiEV was fully charged. No problem. It had more than 24 hours to get charged and it can't take more than 16 hours to do it, if you figure one hour per kWh at 120 volts.

CAR Most Wanted of 2014: Jaguar F-type R

Fri, 03 Jan 2014

By the CAR editorial team First Official Pictures 03 January 2014 12:00 At last, the hottest concept car of 2011, the Jaguar C-X16, morphs into a most wanted car of 2014: the Jaguar F-type coupe. It’s available in supercharged V6 form, with either 335bhp or 375bhp, but the version you’re looking at (and that we can’t wait to get behind the wheel of) is the most serious driver’s car Jaguar has ever made. It’s the new F-type R, and it packs the same power as a Jaguar XFR-S, or an XKR-S GT.
