Returns Accepted:Returns Accepted Refund will be given as:Money Back Return policy details:Due to the fact that I sell used or vintage items almost exclusively, I have always sold my items with a "no return" policy. I describe the items to the best of my knowledge and ability which reflects in my positive feedback and Top-Rated Seller status. Ebay's recent policy change requires a 14-day return policy for a seller to maintain their discount on seller's fees, so I am forced to offer it. While I agree that a return policy is reasonable for new items, ebay was started as a venue for collectibles and antiques, and similar to a flea market or public auction, there are no returns offered there. Regardless of any written return policy, if any problems occur I will always attempt to correct them. I am not an expert on all things I sell and I invite questions from buyers if more information about any item is needed. If something is important to you that I have missed, please ask. The return policy is not to be thought of as an opportunity of buying the item "on approval". So in summary, I offer the return policy but I expect that it won't be often used if I continue to describe my items well and provide good photos, and if the buyer asks their questions before the auction ends. Thanks for reading and good luck bidding. Items must be returned in the condition received and packaged as well as when I shipped it to you. Item must be returned within:14 Days Return shipping will be paid by:Buyer Restocking Fee:No

BMW M5 manual mess-up

Sat, 27 Jan 2007

By Chris chilton Motor Industry 27 January 2007 01:34 North American customers were delighted when BMW bowed to their demands for a full three-pedal manual version of the current V10 M5 super saloon, but aren’t quiet so enamoured with the finished product. The issue is not with the gearbox itself – BMW successfully replaced the European model’s seven-speed SMG box with the old-shape M5’s six-speed manual – but with the compromises that were needed to get there. Without the benefit of computer control for the opening and closing of the clutch plates, M division’s engineers couldn’t eliminate axle tramp under hard take-offs.

Jaguar offers all-wheel drive - but not for UK

Thu, 16 Aug 2012

Jaguar has confirmed four-wheel-drive models will join its range once again, for the first time since the AWD X-type was killed off back in 2009. The first 4wd Jaguars will be the XJ and XF ranges. They'll be petrol-powered only, and just in saloon form for now, but don't get too excited if you're a UK customer: Jaguar has no plans to bring the all-paw big cats over here any time soon.
