Shipping

1. Item will be shipped within 2 working days after we received clear payment by international airmail with tracking number, usually we will ship in 1 working day. Please confirm your shipping address on Paypal before buying.  

2. All items will be checked carefully before sending out.

3. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable in all circumstances.

4. Our price do NOT include any custom duty or tax.

All shipping are International airmail parcels with tracking number, originates from Hong Kong Post.  Transit time is normally around 8-24 days by Hong Kong Post, and it may vary with destination. For some countries in Europe and Central America, the delivery time could be 4 to 6 weeks due to strict custom inspection.  U.S. approximate delivery time 8-14 working days assuming no delay from customs and situations beyond our control.  If you want the item urgently, please contact us for quote of express shipping.

Combine Shipping

Please email us about the combine shipping quote if you order over 1 item. The quote will be based on the actual weight of the products.

Payment

1.  We accept PayPal Payment (preferred).  If you do not have a PayPal account, we accept debit / credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)

2. Contact must be made within 24 hours of auction close/purchased for delay payments.  Payment must be made within 2 days of auction close / purchased.  Otherwise, the winning bid is forfeited and the item will be relisted, and we reserve the right to open an unpaid case.

Return Policy

If you wish to return your order, you can request money refund within 7 days of the arrival of your products.  

You will have 14 days to return it from the date it was received. 

All returned items must have specific reason for the return and your ebay ID. You are responsible for the postage back to us. 

We will do full refund excluding shipping and handling fee, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging,  after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay.
