Great British cars immortalised on Royal Mail stamps

The Auto Legends stamp collection celebrates the six thoroughbred British cars that led the world with their artistry and engineering. The new BMW Concept 6-series Coupé (2010) will form the centrespiece at the 2010 Paris motor show.Forget the 'concept' tag in the name: this is the real 6-series, near as damn it. It's a 2+2 coupé, although Munich will launch the 6-series convertible (F12) first in March 2011; the 6-series coupé (F13) based on this two-door arrives in September 2011.Which 6-series models are coming?Expect 640i and 650i petrol 6-series, while the diesel Six gets upgraded to a 640d.
Ford expands use of inflatable rear seatbelt
Wed, 22 Jun 2011Ford Motor Co. is expanding the availability of inflatable rear seatbelts to the Ford Flex wagon and some Lincoln vehicles, starting next summer. The safety technology was first introduced on the redesigned Ford Explorer earlier this year as a $195 option.
