1) It has been 20 days after carrier acceptance of your package. We will send you second package without any cost from you. But you need to reject one of these two packages. If not we will report you to eBay and block your ID from our store.
2) It has been less than 20 days after carrier's acceptance of your package, but you cannot wait more and need the item at once. We will send second package with your payment first, and we will fully refund your second time payment when we receive one of the two packages rejected by you or if the lost package shows undelivery tracking for 30 days.

The new CX-5 is going up against some tough competition with very able – and very well-established – competitors like the RAV4, Tiguan, Kuga and CR-V.
