This cell is an 11 plate HHO Dry Cell
from our GA series cells using 3" X 6" plates for optimal performance, with
a 4 neutral configuration 12 Volt DC. 2 Negative plates, 1 positive plates.
In hydrogen production, negative current produces hydrogen, positive current
produces oxygen. In a standard series for HHO, 66% hydrogen and 33.3% oxygen
is produces. Since this cell uses 2 negative and 1 positive, the Hydrogen
production is roughly doubled vs. Oxygen production is roughly cut in half,
thus for the size of the cell much more hydrogen is produced then oxygen.
Most of the cells we manufacturer are configured to
precisely 13.8 volts, which is the standard for automotive applications.
When a vehicle is off, the battery provides 12 volts DC, but when the
vehicles engine is running, the alternator produces 13.8 volts.
Never use a 4N configured cell for automotive use. 4N is specific for 12
volt applications, not automotive 13.8 volts. The reason for this is
the production range for HHO is 2.0-2.2 volts across a series of plates. A
single decimal point of just .1 volt will begin to produce steam
quickly and it is crucial to not overheat cells, ie if you ever watch videos
and you see vapor coming out of the hose, that is steam, "not HHO. If
a 4N configured cell (-NNNN+ / +NNNN-) is operated at 13.8 volts, that is
2.3 volts across the series, and that is not ideal.
- 4N configured cells, for 12 volt precisely is -NNNN+
- 5N configured cells, for 13.8 volt (automotive use)
is -NNNNN+ (We manufacture this identical cell in 5N
as well,

This 11 plate cell is intended as a starter cell for
someone on a budget and wants to give HHO a try, or needs a slim-line style
cell do to lack of space, or even for usage as a jewelers torch.
The end plates are constructed of high tensile strength cpvc, not acrylic or
abs. These end plates will not crack like the clear acrylic will or
disintegrate like ABS from the chemical reaction process. They can withstand
the pressure, will not disintegrate, can be torqued down without breaking.
The end plates are also able to withstand any harsh condition from -50 Fahrenheit to 200+
Fahrenheit. Using this material costs more, but it is well worth it,
considering that using a dry cell with acrylic end plates will last a few
months, these will last for years.
The gaskets are perfectly spaced for maximum efficiency. If gaskets are too
narrow (below 1/8"), dry cells will produce too much heat, but if they are
too thick then a huge loss of production will occur. Finding that point of
balance to ensure long term efficiency and minimal heat generation is
critical. All our cells are engineered to meet those specifications time and
time again, without fail.

- 12 volts, 36 amps and tuned for maximum production,
an experienced HHO user can expect up to 6.9 MMW

HHO, but using an approximate 20% KOH mixture and PWM, the user can expect
around 5.75-6.0 MMW
HHO Do's
- Always look to see how the cell is designed.
- If you are going to use a cell for prolonged usage,
always use KOH (Potassium Hydroxide), never use NAOH (Sodium Hydroxide).
This is because NAOH is highly corrosive and your cell will not last long.
- Mount cells at an angle for better flow rates and
less back pressure in the water in line from the reservoir.
- Always use a back flash arrestor
HHO Dont's
- Never over volt or over amp a cell for any extend duration's. The optimal amperage for a cell for long duration's is 1 amp per
square inch of negative current. This means, 2 Negative power plates of 3"
X 6" = 36 amps DC for long duration's. For short burst, ie that extra
oomph, you can safely boost the power by 50% for 20-30 seconds without
worry. That would equate to a cell using 3" X 6" plates, 2 series of
negative = 54 amps
- Do not use HHO Cells that use acrylic end plates.
See below right. Acrylic cracks and is not chemically resistant to the
Electrolysis process.
- Do not use HHO Cells that use ABS end plates. See
below right. ABS plastic is weak and not chemically resistant Electrolysis
process.
- Square or near square cells are not efficient, as there is extensive current loss per plate. Round cells are ok, but always look for if there are 1 or 2 holes in a plate, if there is only 1 hole in a plate, where's the water coming from? It's coming from where the HHO gas is suppose to be flowing from.

HHO Dry Cell Tips:
- When you are using a single water
in, single hho out Dry Cell, you will increase your flow rate and remove
back flow issues by mounting the cell at an angle or vertically.
- Do not ever use "Tap Water".. The
results from chlorine in the water will create a brown sludge, will clog
the lines and gunk up the cell. You will be rebuilding within days.
- 28% KOH mixture will not freeze
down to about -50F
- IF YOU SEE VIDEOS OF DRY CELLS WITH
VAPOR COMING OUT OF THE CELL/BUBBLER, THAT IS STEAM! ""It means the cell
has turned into a hot water heater, not a HHO producing cell"" HHO IS
CLEAR AND NO VAPORS. ****Steam will destroy your engine****

HHO Dry Cells, what to use:
- Distilled Water
- KOH - Potassium Hydroxide
- Anti Foam
Potassium Hydroxide: Is best used with
HHO because of its superior electrolyzing ability. Mixture should be 20-28%
by weight. Weight of water is 8.34lbs. So, anywhere from 26oz-34oz of KOH
per gallon of distilled water will prove the best results. In the video
below, the mixture is 20%.
Anti Foam: HHO Dry Cells can foam. The
foam can be bad if you do not have a scrubber. Simple solution. Every spa
and jacuzzi store carries Anti Foam. Generally about $10 per bottle, add
about 1/2 cup of anti foam per 1 gallon of Distilled Water/KOH mixture...
Problem solved. Your mixture will remain potent and your fluids will remain
foam free. :)
*** Do not
use tap water for HHO Dry Cells. Distilled Water with Potassium Hydroxide (KOH)
is used best. ***
