HHO Dry Cell Technology with Titanium

With so many companies claiming to have the best HHO dry cell technology, how can you make the distinction between a bad unit, a good unit, and a great unit? We have reviewed many designs from some of the top companies in the country and they all have the same basic design flaw... the core design is stainless steel plates. We recognize that in the beginning this was the best known metal available to the common builder. In the race to build a more productive unit, the industry has followed a path towards more plates per cell in an effort to better an already flawed design. This has created thousands of "backyard engineers" attempting to make a better wheel. Unfortunately, all this has created is an industry that more resembles a science fair than an alternative to increasing fuel prices and decreasing dependency on foreign oil.   The staff at ThePIT dedicates its resources towards developing a product that stands out from everyone else in the world. We are the only company to offer a complete product line that is comprised of high surface coated plates on a pure titanium substrate. This revolutionary titanium HHO dry cell plate design requires fewer plates than a comparable stainless steel cell. These plates are unique in many ways. First, they create zero corrosion. No rust entering your engine, EVER! No dirty water means no constant maintenance or product tear down. Spend less time monitoring the device, and more time saving money at the pumps! The coating offers a surface area that is over 20 times that of stainless steel. Less metal equates to a design that is smaller and easier to install in the limited space available in modern engine compartments. Our unique dry cell technology requires far less refilling than most other systems on the market. And size does matter, especially when trying to install a unit in any late model vehicle. We took this into consideration when designing our HHO dry cell. Our smallest unit measures approximately 6" long x 3" wide x 2" deep, weighing a mere 1 pound 5 ounces; our larger unit measures approximately 9 3/4" long x 5" wide x 3 1/2" deep, weighing only 3 pounds 9 ounces.

Benefits of Titanium Dry Cells:

  • Clean water. No rust, sludge or slim in dry cells or engine - ever!. No dry cell maintenance. When the water remains clear, no flushing or disassembly is ever required.
  • 20 times more dry cell plate surface area per square inch.More surface area = fewer plates = smaller unit = lighter and easier to install
  • We use sodium sulfate. No KOH or NOAH. Sodium and potassium hydroxides have long term harmful effects on your engine as well as to humans upon contact.
  • Coated titanium costs 2200% more than stainless steel. You've heard the old adage 'you get what you pay for. Even still, our dry cell units are competitively priced against other companies using stainless steel.
  • Our products produce the purest form of oxyhydrogen available with any cell dry cell design. With NO byproduct gases being formed — this includes chromium, nickel, and iron which is produced by stainless steel dry cell — far less gas is required to gain results.
  • Lower oxyhydrogen levels means less oxygen passing the O2 sensor. This is the main reason most cars will improve gas mileage using this system.

We strongly recommend adding a Volo chip for gasoline engines.Your car's make model and year of manufacturing will be needed!

The VOLO FS2-HHO chip has been specifically tuned for the needs of HHO generator equipped vehicles. The FS2 is dynamic - which means the FS2 will consider oxygen levels in the exhaust, along with engine speed and load, intake air temperature and volume, and many other variables to determine the most efficient fuel delivery rate and timing at up to 256 separate load points.

When using HHO as a fuel supplement, the FS2 will adjust fuel delivery and timing to optimize efficiency.

When HHO is disabled, the FS2 will automatically re-adjust and switch to highly efficient, non-HHO enhanced maps.

The FS2 is a vehicle specific, custom programmed 20MHz Microcontroller. It utilizes its high speed serial input/output to communicate directly with the ECU through the OBD-II port.

    Recommended modifications :

    - K&N or equivalent non-restrictive intake

    - HHO (Oxyhydrogen) Supplement Generator for maximum gains.

The FS2 is compatible with factory equipped Turbo/Superchargers, diesel engines, Flex-Fuel, & HHO supplement systems.

It is NOT compatible with hybrid engine options, propane, or natural-gas.

Is this the right one for my engine?

The FS2 has room for up to 8 performance maps, which we use to cover different engine options for a particular vehicle. For example, the 1999 Ford Mustang Volo Chip will be compatible with both the 3.8L V6 and the 4.6L V8. The FS2 will read the first few bytes of data from your ECU during calibration to determine which map to use.

2011 Freelander 2: The “Claynation” TV Ads

    Sat, 16 Oct 2010

The 2011 Land Rover Freelander 2 Claynation Advert Success breeds success (although probably because success frees up budgets). And there aren’t too many car companies around who’ve managed to rebound better from the worst the world can throw at them than Land Rover. Not only has Land Rover weathered the storm of world financial meltdown – despite its products being at the premium end of the scale – it has also managed to thrive despite the protestations of the eco-mentalists that Land Rover’s products are destroying the planet.

Ellesmere Port's bid to build Ampera hits snags

    Fri, 09 Oct 2009

By Rob Golding Motor Industry 09 October 2009 15:02 Prime minister Gordon Brown’s personal crusade to get Vauxhall's version of the Chevrolet Volt petrol-electric plug-in hybrid – the Ampera – built in Britain's Ellesmere Port factory in 2012 is a dream delayed, CAR can disclose today.News that the UK Astra plant is the best in Europe, that the Astra's Delta platform will underpin the Ampera, and that Volt will be on US sale from 2010 had been taken to mean that Vauxhall would be churning out the cars in the north west within three years. But the prospect of an electric car industry growing up around the run-down Merseyside manufacturing site is not imminent, CAR has learned.'No Ampera to be built in Europe before 2015'Vauxhall insiders have made it clear that the car to be known as the Vauxhall/Opel Ampera in Europe will be an import from the US for at least five years. One senior planner told us: 'The US will be the sole source of Amperas until at least 2015.'Bob Lutz, GM's former product supremo who recently came out of retirement as a PR, said that the low value of the dollar made the US an ideal site for the manufacturing of export cars. And with forecast sticker prices of the range-extender electric car standing at a scary £35,000+, every price saving is vital to its marketability. The European market also needs time to get its electricity recharge infrastructure in place before it is worth making cars onshore in volume, GM high-ups point out.

Brabus tunes up the Mercedes-Benz CL and an S-class

    Fri, 21 Oct 2011

Brabus, tuner of all things Mercedes-Benz, has set its engineers loose on the all-wheel-drive Mercedes-Benz CL and S500 models for the winter. The tuners add power, remove the standard speed limiter and add a custom exterior package. Both cars will be on the Brabus stand at the Essen Motor Show, which is like the SEMA of Germany.
