1940s or 1950s Hi Low Rear Defroster Switch, Littelfuse Inc, Used, Part No. 1376423, Not tested, Needs cleaning.  Lever moves freely.  Please see pictures for condition.  Has been stored in a coffee can in an unheated shed for decades.   I'm happy to answer any questions you have or send more pictures, just ask.

'Selfless' motorway victim hailed

THE FAMILY of a Good Samaritan who was killed after coming to the aid of another man on a motorway have describe him as "generous and selfless". Spencer Bell, 71, from Bushey, Hertfordshire, had stopped to assist a man who had fallen from the Bucknalls bridge over the M1 near junction 5 at about 10.45am yesterday when he was struck by a vehicle. Hertfordshire Police confirmed the man who fell from the bridge was Alan Trethewey, 67, from Watford.

Early this year Nissan introduced a full-sized commercial panel van that's offered in two flavors -- standard and tall; as in, you can walk around the interior. So it was just a matter of time until Nissan targeted the hotel shuttle and church bus crowd with a windowed passenger model using that platform.
