GET YOUR ANTENNA IN DAYS, NOT WEEKS
If you need an antenna for your Motorcycle, you can install this antenna inside a fiberglass fairing, inside a fiberglass luggage box or side bag or on the windshield. Great for hidden stereo installs and clean antenna-less fenders. Used on: Hot Rods, Customs, Motorcycles, double duty race cars, Boats, etc. Also great for replacing a damaged factory windshield antenna.

Our exclusive BONUS PACK includes: complete installation instructions and installation kit (Alcohol prep wipe to clean surface, silicone sealant and four adhesive cable clips/holders).
For the best AM/FM reception nothing works better than a 31” vertically mounted antenna mast. Recognizing that application is impossible on some vehicles our improved amplified antenna is the next best thing. Mounts on inside top of motorcycle windshield or as high on the faring as possible for best performance. Should be at least 1.5 to 2 inches away from any metal.
3 3/4 long, 3/4 thick, 3/4 wide. A 102 inch cable is included with a Motorola connector. Includes a self adhesive strip for mounting. This same antenna is private labeled as the "Dakota Digital ANT 1000". Note: radio signals cannot penetrate metal. Do not attempt to install on or near metal. Installation requires 12 volts (usually from the back of the radio). Installation will dictate signal strength and performance.

Vauxhall Zafira Tourer It wouldn’t be difficult to get more details on the Vauxhall Zafira Tourer, certainly as far as photos go. All we’ve had so far is a hologram of the Zafira Tourer hovering over an iPad held by designer Mark Adams. But now we at least get a set of photos.

Nissan backs radical DeltaWing racecar program

Wed, 14 Mar 2012

Nissan has announced its involvement in a radical new motorsport project, dubbed the DeltaWing, which will race at the Le Mans 24 Hours this summer using Nissan power. The car is the work of Ben Bowlby who originally designed the car as a proposal for the 2012 IndyCar racer, which has since found the attention of Nissan after its rejection by the American race championship. The headlines of the design are that it's half the weight and has half the aerodynamic drag of a conventional racer and is therefore far more efficient.

One Lap of the Web: a drifting luxobarge and an 80s hot hatch

Wed, 11 Dec 2013

-- If you've been wondering for the past few months since the release of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-class what it would look like if it was forced to drift around a racetrack (and who hasn't?) along with a Nissan 200SX drift machine, this video should answer that question. -- Remember the Shelby GLHS of the late 1980s? Those things were powered almost entirely by turbos, it seemed, and the whoosh they made is epic even by today's standards.
