Speedriven developed these downpipes to provide a significantly more exhaust flow than the factory units. This improved flow delivers a noticeable increase in horsepower, torque, and throttle response across the RPM range- but there’s more to these downpipes than a simple, “better than stock” upgrade. Speedriven developed these downpipes to provide sufficient airflow for even our 850+ HP billet-wheel turbo packages.

In other words, you can buy the Speedriven high-flow racing downpipes for your stock Biturbo V8, and enjoy them for the life of the car- whether that means leaving it stock, or building up into a record-running track weapon.

Speedriven’s stainless steel downpipes are available now for Biturbo Mercedes-Benz E63 and E550, C218 CLS63 and CLS550, or R231 SL550 and SL63.  Additional products like high-flow sport mufflers, race exhaust, are available as well.

Jaguar to reveal first Jaguar Special Operations car at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Fri, 20 Jun 2014

It’s exactly a year since the Jaguar Project 7 F-Type (pictured above) was revealed at Goodwood as a precursor to the sort of cars JLR has in mind for its new Special Operation division, and now we’re getting the first fruits of the new division for Jaguar at Goodwood this year, although Jaguar aren’t yet letting on what it will be. Could it be a short-run, high-price production version of the Project 7 car, or will it be something else?
