We’re pretty sure this really is just a concept – although no doubt a direction pointer for Ford’s aspirations - but the 3-pot Ecoboost engine in the Ford Start is definitely not a concept engine. Buick revives Regal name for upcoming sedan

Buick confirmed on Wednesday that it's resurrecting the Regal nameplate for its next midsize sedan. Additional details weren't announced, but the car is expected to arrive on the market next year or in 2011. Though the Regal name has been mothballed for about six years, Buick says it remains one of the brand's most recognizable.

Design a steering wheel for Ford and win a trip to its Cologne studio

Ford UK, and product development publication DEVELOP3D, have announced details of a new competition, asking designers to create a concept for a future Ford steering wheel. The competition is open to UK-based designers from all industries, and submissions should be emailed in the form of digital sketches or hand-drawn images. The deadline is 7 November, 2014.
