Features:

  • These are "drop-in" jets for 6 AN jet cans/bypass valves, including Hilborn, Kinsler, and Waterman 6 AN valves
  • Precision-made brass jet with radius on both sides of the hole and marked sizes
  • The jet controls the amount of fuel the engine will receive at all rpm ranges
  • The larger the jet size, the more fuel is allowed to return to the tank, thus, the engine will receive less
  • To richen the mixture, use a smaller jet size, and to lean the mixture, use a larger jet size.

Alfa Romeo has begun the tease for the production version of the Alfa 4C – calling it the ‘Car to end all cars’. Geneva 2013 debut planned. The first tease from Alfa for the 4C – which is a ‘Car to end all cars’, according to Alfa – has now arrived and, although it doesn’t mention the 4C by name, it’s clear it’s the 4C that’s being trailed.

Robert Pond was an industrialist, an aviator, a Navy pilot, an aircraft designer, a genuine car enthusiast, a philanthropist, a Minnesotan at heart and a man who turned a family business from eight employees to a global $100-million concern. Pond was born in 1924 in Edina, Minn., 10 miles southwest of Minneapolis. He signed up for the Navy Air Corps in 1942, and survived three years of training on J-3 Piper Cubs and PBY Catalinas to graduate in July of 1945 -- just three months before Japan surrendered to the US.

Lamborghini Gallardo pays homage to longtime test driver

Lamborghini is paying tribute to its longtime test driver, Valentino Balboni, by putting his name on a limited run of rear-wheel-drive Gallardos. It's called the LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni, which denotes the 550-hp rating. It's the only current Lamborghini that channels power to just the rear wheels.
