Maserati Alfieri is a car Maserati MUST make: Geneva Motor Show

Tue, 04 Mar 2014

The Maserati Alfieri Concept looks a cracker Maserati has a proud history and, even though it makes some very appealing cars once more, it really doesn’t have a proper sports car in its range. The concept has a couple of high-tech tricks up its tailpipe: the Edge can park itself without anyone in the driving seat, and steer around obstacles if you’re bearing down on an obstruction.

The General Motors subsidiary was cagey when it came to details, claiming that the brand would remain a presence in Australia -- even maintaining its design office there. Oddly, we couldn't get anyone to say, in black-and-white terms, what vehicles would be sold there under the Holden name after its plants close.
