Here is a pair of hulls from a Hobie Cat 16 foot catamaran. The side stays are included, as well as the rudder castings. These parts alone are worth $100.00. I am asking $175.00 for the complete set of two hulls, which includes the mounted hardware that you see in the pictures. Because of the size, there is no shipping. This is a local pick up only. Hulls are located just north of Bay City Michigan, just west of the Saginaw Bay. ( Twenty miles north of Saginaw Michigan) One hull (Starboard ) seems to be in good sturdy condition, the other hull ( Port ) has a bit of an area in the fiberglass, where it seems a bit soft. This is on the top of the hull, forward of the main crossbeam post. I am not sure if that means it is still useable or not, so therefore I am selling the parts "As Is" and you can determine their usefulness. I am sure that just one hull, to purchase new, would be $1000.00 or more. I heard that Hobie will not sell an individual hull. You probably know more than I do on this. I have never sailed these hulls. I washed the hulls for the photos, so they are wet and look to have more shine than they actually have. I believe there are some good parts here for a Hobie 16 owner. Billed as the largest gathering of Porsche race cars and drivers, the day was filled with on-track action as well as a concours of historically significant Porsches from the past 40-plus years.
