Mercedes AMG Line models are the easy way to make your new diesel-engined C-Class look much more like the C 63 AMG than its prosaic engine would suggest to the casual observer and will be a popular option for those getting a bog-standard C-Class – with its low BIK rates – on the company. The 2+2-seat concept is a powerful, functional and extreme off-road vehicle with a removable roof and doors. It measures 4350mm long, 2000mm wide, 1720mm high and has a 2750mm wheelbase.
BMW confirms its hiring of former Opel product chief Frank Weber
Tue, 12 Apr 2011BMW AG confirmed it has hired Frank Weber, former head of product planning at General Motors Co.'s Opel/Vauxhall unit. Weber will become head of vehicle architecture and integration at BMW, a spokesman for the premium carmaker told Automotive News Europe today. The spokesman did not give details of when Weber will start at BMW.
