This is an almost brand new (not a refurb) 570 CFM Street Avenger Holley carb (Holley part number 80570) that a friend of mine bought to put on his car, but went with an Edelbrock in stead, as it came with his top end kit. I installed his top end kit, so he gave me this carb, but I don't need it for anything. This carb has the instructions, has electric choke, all fittings, a new chrome dual feed line and a Holley regulator to go with it. New, this carb at Summit Racing is $375 plus tax plus shipping (not including the regulator or dual feed line). I'm selling this for $275, which is a full $100 off and still new.  Free shipping, with buy it now, to lower 48 states.   Will charge actual shipping if bought without buy it now option.  Thanks, Chris

They rolled out a bit of a ‘Wish-List’ of what they’d like it to be able to do, but there was no real car and not a huge chance it was going anywhere much.

Kia Ray plug-in Hybrid revealed

Sun, 14 Feb 2010

Kia has revealed their plug-in hybrid concept - the Kia Ray - at the Chicago Motor Show A few weeks ago we reported on a tease from Kia of the Kia Ray Concept they were taking along to Detroit’s lower key motor show sibling – the Chicago Motor Show. And true to their word they revealed the Kia Ray at Chicago – and a convincing Prius rival it looks. Instead of the stodgy mainstream hybrids churned out to date by (mainly) the Japanese, the Kia looks like a breath of fresh air.
