my dad and myself owned a classic 442 it came with a 455 somebody changed it to a small block 400 but left it stock except for a fat camshaft dad bought a used 455 out of a totaled gto he wanted to go back al;l original with quadrojet intake I insisted on building the small block so he built this 650 holley spreadbore double pumper chevy carburetor he milled the choke horn added new vent tubes he also converted it to a dual line adding lat model holley center hung float bowls new racing floats rear notched with screw in brass jet extensions 6.5 4 window power valve installed the back fire protecter kit new Viton 1.10 needle valve powder coated it gold replated all the metal its the roller linkage style double pumper he also added stainless steel high flow throttle blade screws when he rebuilt the base plate every thing has ben resurfaced as you can see in the pictures all new screws all new blue nonstick gaskets 30ss accelerater pump in front 50 cc accelerater pump in the rear I guess to handle the huge rear throttle blades the front jets are 68 front squirter 25 because of the smaller ventures in front 82 rear jets and 35 rear squirter because of the huge rear ventures this baby should come in like a bomb mom took care of the motor argument she drove the 442 to the store and pulled out in front of a van scratch one 442 moms ok also have a 455 h.o for sale now
