Just Rebuilt!! Fresh Ready to Run!!!

This is a list # 4779-2 which is a 750 cfm, dual feed, mechanical secondary, manual choke carb. This carb came off a running engine and was rebuilt and never run again. It has all new gaskets (the good blue kind), power valve, needle and seat, accelerator pump diaphragms, etc. Literally hook up your fuel lines and go. Also including a new base gasket for installation.

As the pictures show, the choke mechanism has been removed. I don't have any of it to re install but it could be purchased from a parts store if it was really needed. Pictures also show that the carb does show signs of use, a little corrosion on the aluminum here and there, and some of the steel parts have some rust but nothing that will affect its performance. I would run this carb in a heartbeat if I still had a need for it.

Feel free to ask questions or ask for more pictures.

When the solar panels are working at full capacity, they will generate enough energy to power the equivalent of 1600 homes.

RCA Citroen/Exa Double Challenge project

Fri, 11 Feb 2011

Second year students at the Royal College of Art in London revealed a series of projects at their interim degree show last week. Developed in collaboration with French automaker Citroen and the Exa Corporation, a leading supplier of aerodynamic software, the Double Challenge project asked students to design an ultra-compact model that could establish a unique Citroën e-vehicle aesthetic for the future, all while adhering to certain aerodynamic criteria that would not only reduce energy consumption and ensure stability at speed, but also visually communicate efficiency through its design. The project, which kicked off in October last year, was closely followed by representatives from Citroen and Exa, who examined each of the projects and chose a winner, Heikki Juvonen, at the event last week.
