Up for auction is a Holley 600 cfm 4V carburetor. List number is 3796-1. If I did my research correctly, this was a factory carb for the 1968 Ford Mustang, Mercury Cougar and Ford Fairlane with the 390 cubic inch engine. I am selling this for a friend. He is an old racer and this is one of the last pieces he has left to get rid of. That is why the choke is missing. Look at the pics before bidding and ask any and all questions. It may be missing more than the choke. I have no idea. This is a four barrel carburetor and the blades are loose. I am sure it will need a complete rebuild. Payment is due within three days of end of auction or the item will be relisted. Shipping will be flat rate to the lower 48 states, anything other than that will have to be set up with me prior to the end of the auction. Handling time may seem a little long, but with my job its tuff to get to ups or the usps before they close. Thanks for looking and good luck.

An Australian couple has broken their own record for fuel economy, light-footing it across the lower 48 American states to the tune of 67.90 mpg. Helen and John Taylor beat the mark of 58.82 mpg that they set last year, landing them again in the Guinness Book of Records. They drove a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta TDI for both runs.
