carburetor was rebuilt to factory pre-set internal and external settings. In
addition, this carburetor was tested on an engine simulator to ensure OEM specs
are met or exceeded. Fits: 1979-1984 Chevy-GMC medium duty trucks with 366-427 engine. This is a 4 barrel Holley with electric governed carburetor with hand choke and a list # R8848. The shipping price includes a $35.00 core charge that will be
refunded to the buyer’s paypal account upon receipt of the original core.
Please note that the core must be returned within 60 days to receive credit; in
addition the core must be rebuildable to receive credit. This product comes with a 60 day warranty policy from the
date of the purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase as long

Fri, 14 Sep 2012SAIC Motor has announced the appointment of Martin Uhlarik as its new UK Design Director amidst plans to significantly expand its European Design Center at Longbridge, UK. Canadian-born Uhlarik has been appointed by Tony Williams-Kenny, who takes over as Global Design Director at SAIC's Shanghai design base. Uhlarik comes in with experience as Senior Interior Designer for Skoda's Prague studio, Project Design Leader for Nissan Design Europe in London.
Patrick le Quément to receive EyesOn Design 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award
Wed, 24 Sep 2014Patrick le Quément has been selected as the latest recipient of the EyesOn Design Lifetime Design Achievement Award. Le Quément will be presented with the award in Detroit on 19 June 2015, as part of the EyesOn Design week.Le Quément was the senior vice-president of corporate design at Renault from 1995 to 2009 and was chairman of the joint design policy group coordinating design within the Renault-Nissan alliance.At Renault, he oversaw the design of the Twingo, Scenic, Espace III and IV, Laguna II, Kangoo, Megane II and many other production and concept cars that defined the look of the era. He is currently a consultant in industrial and strategic design and the co-founder of the Sustainable Design School in France.The recipient of the annual EyesOn Design Lifetime Achievement Award is selected by its previous winners.
