The shocking pictures of the incredibly dangerous tyre, whose owner is lucky to be alive, show the extent of the lengths to which some people are pushing the limits of safety. The Countryman racer is stripped and fitted with a new type of rollcage designed by Prodrive. Mercedes-Benz The government has announced that the cost of the driving theory test is to be cut by 25%, saving learner drivers in excess of £100 million over the next nine years.
