We have another used Holley Racing Carburetor 12R-4507B Baseplate from Hendrick Motorsports. This one has the screws and butterflies. This is from a multi-Championship NASCAR team and we bought several of them. All our items sold AS-IS No returns. As with all USED items, it may have dings, dents, cracks, scratches and other flaws we may have missed. Look at the pictures and you decide. We will combine shipping on these too based on total weight and size of the box or boxes. Ask for combined invoice AFTER you are done buying for the day. Do not pay individually. There is a place to request your total from seller AFTER you are done buying. Local pickup in Monmouth, Illinois is always free, no phony pickup fees like some other ebay sellers. Keep in mind ebay now charges sellers a final value fee on every item for shipping. We now end up only getting around 70% of the item now. I think this is wrong that ebay does this. Ebay makes the rules, not sellers. We have tried to keep shipping costs low but ebay is making that impossible. We want to at least break even on the shipping. Here is a prime example of our bill:

The Bentley Continental Shooting Brake by Carrozzeria
A week or two back we got the sniff that Italian Coachbuilders Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera where planning on building a limited run car based on the Bentley Continental. The rumours were vague – even from Carrozzeria who simply stated “Inspired by the success and the extraordinary characteristics of Bentley automobiles, Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera of Milan, with the support of Bentley Motors Limited, developed and built a fascinating new coach built Bentley, faithful to its long tradition of Italian coach building.” Which told us not a whole lot. But we now know that what Carrazzeria are planning is a Bentley Continental Shooting Brake – effectively a Bentley Continental GT Estate.

-- Just in time for Halloween, here's project car as scary as it is inexplicable. A 1988 Lamborghini Countach, actually made by Lamborghini of Italy in 1988 (at the Lamborghini factory) has been neglected like the Trans Am that's been sitting in your uncle's shed since the Carter administration. We're pretty sure there's a scary story about how this Countach ended up this way, but we're not sure we want to hear it -- it'll be too depressing.

Honda's press conference at last week's press conference was full of the usual marketing messages about sales figures, new models and company strategies but the thing that caught our magpie-like eyes was this joyful little video. The cheeky vector graphics feature 19 of the company's concept cars from the last 20 years, starting with the 1994 FSR right up to the NSX via such wonderful oddities as the Kiwami and P-Nut, all accompanied by a bouncy score.
It reminded us all why this is a brand that has always stood out as individual and creative even if the last few years have been a little sparse.
