The project I originally bought this for is long gone and I’ve had it in storage for quite a few years so it’s time to let someone else enjoy. This is a very rare piece of racing history. This part is genuine Holman Moody not a cheap knock off like other sellers have offered. I am also throwing in the rare genuine HOLMAN MOODY Crankcase Breather I had with the sale.
I’ve only seen one other of these Genuine Holman Moody pieces it sold about 5 years ago for $4,250.00 and mine is much higher quality!!

Tue, 13 Jan 2009They took with them the usual holiday toys, but they remembered to pack a nice new Jaguar XFR, with a few mods necessary to run at Bonneville (roll cage, fire extinguishers, etc). They had a little fiddle with the ECU to derestrict it (and yield 600bhp) but, it is claimed, made no further mods apart from adding a spoiler at the back to stop the XFR taking off on the Salt Flats’ wide open spaces. VW to build engine plant in Mexico to supply Tenn. factory, source says
Wed, 22 Sep 2010Volkswagen AG plans to announce Wednesday that it will build an engine plant in Mexico to supply vehicles assembled in North America, a source at the company's assembly plant in Puebla said. A VW spokesman confirmed that the company will make an announcement but declined to say what it will concern. The new plant will supply an existing VW plant in Puebla, 75 miles southeast of Mexico City, and one being built in Chattanooga, Tenn., the source said.
