International Shipping: We do ship internationally, however we only ship by methods that the item can be tracked. Most items regardless of weight will ship via Priority Mail International. The cost quoted is the actual cost to ship the item to you.

Interchange: We do whatever we can to research the item listed to give you as much interchange information as possible. However due to many different trims, styles, and variations of parts we cannot guarantee interchange. We will put up as much information, pictures, and part numbers so that you can verify that it is the part you need. The interchange we provide is just a guide. It is up to you to confirm that this is what you need.

Refund Policy: If there is any questions or issues with your order the first thing we ask for is to contact us. For any electrical item we offer a full 30 day warranty unless specified otherwise. Electrical items are fully tested prior to being listed, but because electrical items can go at any time. We offer this as a courtesy to you. Returns are accepted for items purchased in error. However there is a 10% restocking charge. In addition we will deduct the cost of shipping the item to you regardless of if shipping was free or not. We can also do an exchange. There is no restocking fees for exchanges, but we ask that you cover the shipping. Lastly, to prevent part swapping we utilize special markings and/or tamper evident serial numbered void stickers. This is a precautionary measure to keep our prices down. If a part is found to be swapped out. The item will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be given.
