We are not a middle man, and produce and assemble everything in our facility here in Los Angeles County. Please read through our description carefully before placing any order as there is much detail to our descriptions. We are experts at engine compatibility, which means when you order an engine and provide us the year, make, and model you can rest assured that your are receiving the identical longblock. The reason being, when we receive our core engines from our distributors they are marked with a year which we do not mix and match. For this reason, when a customer places an order this engine is than taken off our shelves and the identical motor is than shipped. You may notice in the listing that there is a range of years, this does NOT mean all engines are the same. • Liftgate is the elevator on the back of a truck, which the driver will use to unload the engine from the truck, if you can not unload it yourself.
• AAAEngine ships directly from our warehouse, we do not dropship and are NOT a middleman.

• The core deposit noted at the top of the listing is NOT included in the Buy it NOW price and is an additional amount in which you are invocied separately.
• The core we receive at our facility undergoes an inspection in which we check the core components of the engine.
• We expect to receive a core in normal wear and tear, with no physical cracks or holes to qualify for a full reimbursement.
• Depending on the engine and the part you may be able to still receive a portion of the core back even if your block is broken.
• The longblock should include the same components the original engine came with.
• If there are parts missing, the core deposit will be prorate depending on what it costs us to buy the part on the fair market.
• If the core has a cracked head, hole in the block, or the internals are broken the core charge may be denied or prorated depending on what is rebuildable.
• Please contact our Senior Sales Agent for questions involving the core and for what is deemed rebuildable or non rebuildable.
• Remember, picking up from a residence with a liftgate does cost more.

• There is a limit of 30 days to return the core back to us, the 30 days begins on the day you receive the new engine.
• Please note, AAAEngine holds the right to refuse pickup of the core after 30 days.
