98' Honda 25hp outboard short block, BF25A, in nice shape, the pictures show all of the pistons at TDC also showing the cylinder bores. This was a running engine that broke the top of the cam shaft/pulley off which immediately shut the engine off but the head was damaged beyond repair. It rotates smoothly, the cylinders and pistons are in good shape. Comes as pictured with pulley tensioner at the top of the engine. COMPLETE SHORT BLOCK LISTED FOR LESS THAN HALF THE COST OF THE BLOCK ALONE! This is a good engine and is listed as "For parts not working" because there are a lot of components that have to be assembled on it to make it operational and I can't guarantee they are working properly or installed correctly. Ignitions, cam timing, gasket seal and fuel systems are can be complex. This is also the reason I do not do returns for any my listings, what you see is what you get.
