Up for auction we have a really nice OEM 1987 TRX 250R frame.  Comes a lot of the OEM grommets, bolts, engine mounts, rear shock bolts (OEM), steering stem, radiator, pivot bolt, and a few other OEM things.  This was checked with levels for straightness, and it is perfect.  This has NO cracks or damage and the bash gaurds on the bottom are in great shape.  The owner of this used the VIN tag and title/pinkslip for another one of his aftermarket frames, so this will not come with them.  I can supply a bill of sale if you would like.  Shipping will be $155, which includes boxing it up in a double thick box to prevent any damage.  Local pickup is welcome.

Lewis Hamilton is leaving McLaren to drive for Mercedes – ousting Michael Schumacher – and Sergio Perez joins McLaren. It’s seemed likely for some time that Lewis Hamilton would leave McLaren for Mercedes, and this morning McLaren has confirmed that’s exactly what’s happening. The move to Mercedes for Hamilton takes him away from the team that has nurtured his talent from childhood and given him a life he could never have dreamed of.

And now we get the real deal – the production version of the 918 Spyder. But rather than a fanfare and a gazillion photos, Porsche has simply posted a single photo on Twitter to announce that the production 918 is at Montery Motor Week.
