MG5
Tue, 17 Apr 2012The MG5 is a C-segment, two-box hatchback, based on SAIC AP platform. Like the MG5 concept, SAIC Design UK and SAIC Design China designed the production version's exterior and interior respectively, in a collaboration between Ken Ma – former director of SAIC Design China – and current Global Design Director Tony Williams. In general, its exterior has inherited the ‘Flow Edge' design philosophy from MG3, which launched in the Chinese market last year.
Lexus RC F & RC F Carbon price and specs – costs from £59,995
Fri, 15 Aug 2014The Lexus RC F (pictured) costs from £59,995 The Lexus RC F Coupe arrived earlier this year at the Detroit Motor Show and now, following the end of IS F production to make way for it, the RC F is going on sale in the UK, with prices starting at £59,995. Whether the RC F offers enough to prove a challenge to the BMW M4 remains to be seen, but on paper it all looks very promising – and good-looking. In the UK, the RC F will come in two guises – RC F and RC F Carbon – with both models getting the same 5.0 litre V8 with ‘more than’ 450bhp and 383lb/ft of torque driven to the back wheels through an eight-speed Sports Direct Shift gearbox.
Lamborghini Murcielago LP650-4 Roadster (2009)
Fri, 13 Mar 2009By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 13 March 2009 16:30 Another week, another special edition Lamborghini - but this is the Murcielago LP650-4 Roadster, the most powerful Raging Bull this side of the new SV. Not a bit of it – this LP650-4 has 641bhp, 10bhp on the standard car. The peak torque figure and the four-wheel drive system remain unchanged, so the 0-62mph sprint time remains pegged at (a hardly lethargic) 3.4 seconds, but the top speed is up a few units to 205mph.
