This is a HONDA Accord 90-91 Engine Computer TCU TCM Auto Trans 28100-PX4-A21. Item is in Good Condition, nothing appears too be broken, cracked, bent, or missing. Item was taken care of well with some cosmic wear from age&use is ''USED'', but over all very acceptable. The item is a Real Genuine Authentic HONDA Accord 90-91 Engine Computer TCU TCM Auto Trans 28100-PX4-A21, comes with everything seen in photo's, the item appears to be complete looks to be in exceptional condition. This HONDA engine computer has all of it's pins for both plugins, the engine computer does have some cosmic wear on casing but the engine computer is in perfect working order "GUARANTEED", very easily modified very easily programmable and does include mounting bolts. I do apologize if i am incorrect or left anything out about this item in this description i am "NOT" car part expert.
