Our company is very concerned with the value of your time and your hard earned Dollar. While we appreciate your choosing to buy from us, we want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, and that errors in your order are minimized to the extent possible. To that end, before placing your order, please read the complete part description and all comments before making a decision on the part you need. If after reading the part description and comments you are still not sure whether the part you are ordering is the part you need, please email us a picture of the part on your vehicle (or a similar vehicle if yours is unavailable) and our technical department will preview your order, and confirm with you (by email or phone) prior to placing it. Please be advised that the pictures on our site are for representation purposes only and may vary from the actual part. It is the written description and comments of the part that will govern in case of a dispute as to the suitability of a part for a particular purpose.

Ground Shipping   
Most orders are shipped (Regular Ground shipping) within 3-4 business days from confirmation of your order and payment must clear within 48 hours. Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium sized packages generally are delivered within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment. Orders containing large parts can still qualify for free shipping. However, these are large items that require special handling and are usually shipped via Truck Freight co. where delivery times usually range from 8-10 business days. While we are happy to offer parts to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, a shipping charge will apply to these locations and delivery times will be longer. ( We do not ship to P.O. Box, APOs, FPOs, or Military Mail Box. )

Attention : we make every effort to closely monitor our shippers and only deal with reliable companies,In some incidents some packages may take longer to arrive to their destination due to distance and the USPS or UPS or FedEx shipping schedule. we have no control over the USPS or UPS or FedEx shipping schedule and delivery time frame. 

Return Policy

All returns and exchanges MUST be preapproved by our returns department in advance of shipping the part back to us. An approval number will be issued to you and must accompany the returned order. If a part does not fit or is otherwise unsuitable for the stated purpose due to a mistake on our behalf, and the order was placed after our technical department previewed the order, we will bear all shipping and handling charges to return the part to us and get the right part to you. If the order was not previewed by our technical department you will be responsible for shipping charges for the part back to us and for shipping the correct part to you. If you want a refund instead of an exchange, all orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to the cost of shipping the part back to us for orders that were not previewed.
We will accept authorized returns/exchanges within 3 calendar days of receipt by the customer. 
Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If the item arrived at your location damaged, please include the original shipping container in your return. 
All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns missing components will not be credited. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for labor expenses, additional repair expenses or expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

Please be advised that Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges if a part is returned for a refund or exchange, or if Buyer fails to accept delivery, or Buyer fails to provide correct address where item is to be shipped. Buyer bears sole responsibility for ensuring that a part is appropriate for a vehicle. In order to assist Buyers in ordering the right part we STRONGLY SUGGEST that Buyers send us the Vehicle make, model, date of production, and Vehicle Identification Number ( VIN # ), before completing their order. It is our intention to supply the correct parts for Buyer’s vehicle, at a reasonable price. Therefore, in order to provide the best parts for the best prices, we will not assume responsibility for shipping charges where Buyer orders the incorrect part.All parts returned for a refund will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Items returned for exchange will be shipped by the same method as the original sale, unless Buyer indicates otherwise.
