With only a single side view image to judge from, the overall styling of the FC-1 displays a much faster and sleeker look than the other two, comparing to the GT concept's retro-organic and HL MPV's modern and simple design. By targeting the CUV segment - the trendiest vehicle segment in the world today - the FC-1 concept depicts the least 'shock value' of the three concept vehicles, and it might just have the brightest and most realistic future of them all.

If all those apply – and you already appreciate the Volvo V60 is a very good car to start with – then the V60 plug-in hybrid is a bit of a no-brainer, even with a headline price of nearly £50k (which gets within £6k of an equivalent non plug-in after the taxpayer has chipped in). Fri, 13 Sep 2013Jaguar has revealed the C-X17 SUV concept on the eve of the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. It is the first ever 4x4 SUV from the British premium maker and, it says, has officially been created to showcase the flexibility of its new all-aluminium platform. Unofficially, this is a toe in the water from Jaguar, to test reaction to the idea of its first SUV.
