Lamborghini Veneno Roadster world debut: in pictures
Wed, 04 Dec 2013Lamborghini. Once a bonkers manufacturer set up by an Italian tractor company boss, it’s now owned by Volkswagen. But if you think that means things might start to get a little stale, you need to take a look at this – the £2.7 million Lamborghini Veneno, which has just had its public debut.
Is the Volkswagen BlueSport Roadster back on?
Sun, 05 May 2013There was talk that VW needed at least three of its brands to take the BlueSport project in to production, and there was talk not just of a VW Bluesport but also a SEAT BlueSport, one from Skoda, another from Audi and even a Porsche BlueSport. If Neuville didn't make the 33 kilometers back, he would lose his second place standing behind Volkswagen and all would be lost. (Alas, them's the breaks in the sometimes-quixotic rulebook of the World Rally Championship.) Well, lucky for Neuville, his sponsors at Corona had presented him with a massive bottle of beer, which he then proceeded to pour into the radiator.
