Up for sale is a front rim off of a CBR 954.  It originally came off of a 2003.  But it will fit the 929, and 1000rr (up to '07).  I ran this rim on a 1000rr front end, so I know it fits.  There are numerous nicks in the paint from quick tire changes.  But they've been "remedied" by sharpies and nail polish.  You can't see them unless you know what you're looking for and you're really looking for it.  They don't stand out.  The rim is 100% straight, and not bent.  Feel free to ask me any questions you have.  It's 100% functional.  Thanks for looking.  Sold AS IS.

Pagani, Mercedes-AMG say V12s are separate

Thu, 18 Nov 2010

Italian sports-car maker Pagani and Mercedes-AMG, the high-performance division of Mercedes-Benz, on Thursday said that the engine for the future Pagani C9 supercar is not the same engine used in the Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Black Series roadster. The unusual announcement--automakers typically don't comment on future-product programs--refutes reports about the Pagani C9's engine. In January, Road and Track magazine reported that the V12 for the C9 was derived from the V12 in the SL65 Black Series.
