This has a few small dings and scratches all around, This is not a mint tank but a tanke that is very usable without major dents.This has some rust on the inside, At the very least it would need to be flushed out.

DVLA clamps down on illegal foreign cars

Cars can legally be used on British roads with foreign plates for a maximum of six months before they need to display a UK registration. Drivers who fail to do this will face a fine based on the cost of road tax for the period beyond this time.
