Returns are permitted and must be returned in its original manufacturer's packing material and original state in order for it to be processed. Any parts that have been altered are not eligible for return. You must contact us via EBay messaging of the return to receive an RMA# and we must receive the product within 30 days of the purchased date. Without an RMA# the return is not valid and will not be accepted.
All undamaged products are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for the freight expenses back to us. We require that you use some type of traceable mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. If you receive a damaged product you must contact us via EBay messaging immediately so we can get your claim started with the carrier. For some reason, the debate on fitting winter tyres in the UK continues to be a debate, even when those who’ve actually used a car fitted with winter tyres swear by them (an argument not helped by previous government advice). So Volvo – safety conscious as ever – decided to prove the point by taking the very good Volvo V40 off to the Snowdome indoor ski slope in Tamworth to see exactly what difference a set of winter tyres makes to the grip available in a regular, FWD, family Volvo. And the results should make every car owner go out and fit winter tyres.

Lincoln has released a video that previews a concept vehicle that could be the next MKX crossover. The short spot gives a glimpse of a large four-door luxury crossover with long rear doors and a relatively short cargo section in the back. The video gives little clue as to the concept's true dimensions, though it appears likely that this concept is previewing a second-generation MKX, to replace the model which has been on sale since 2006.
