This is a used Drive Chain Tension Adjuster off my 1966 Honda CL160. It is slightly rusty and slightly bent, but works well just the way it is. It will fit left or right on other similar years of vintage Honda CB & CL 160 and some smaller and larger Hondas that used the very same part.
