It Has a lower stem bearing that is in perfect condition, It comes with the steering stem , everything as pictured-lower clamp/stem/bearing  selling becouse I bought 22MM clamps Sold as seen. Ford doubles sales of the C-Max and Grand C-Max Ford has revealed that the new C-Max and Grand C-Max have doubled their sales and market share in Europe in the last twelve months. Although it’s two years since Ford revealed the C-Max and Grand C-Max at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2009, it took another year for the new Fords to hit the market. But since the C-Max duo hit showrooms in late 2010, they’ve certainly made up for lost time.
