McLaren F1 – The perfect safe haven in troubled times

Tue, 27 Jan 2009

The McLaren F1 (along with its ‘Super’ brother, the LM) is considered by many to be the ultimate road car. Light, fast and enormously desirable, the F1 has been a stunning success story. However, the firm isn’t directly selling the cars – it is instead ‘promoting’ the vehicles. The Nissans do get a full listing, though, as opposed to the simple hosted advert often seen elsewhere online.

2014 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 starts at $75,695

How badly do you want the baddest Camaro built today? When the Z/28 goes on sale this spring, expect to pay $75,000 for it -- or $75,695 with that pesky destination charge tacked on. If you remember, the hotly anticipated Z/28 was one of the big stars at the New York auto show this past March.
