Up for auction is a Honda Factory Service Manual for the years 1998 thru 1999 for the “VT750C/CD Shadow/Shadow Deluxe American Classic Edition 750”. The condition of this manual is good. The covers front and rear show some minor wear such as some slight creases and scuffing from handling. The pages within have very little light wear and are clean and crisp. I have noticed that there is some duplicate pages thru-out the book where one page seems to supersede another but the numerical order is unaffected. I find no rips or tears. The binding is good and tight. Overall an excellent reference book loaded with lots of pictures and information for the do it your selfer. Please look at the pictures closely and e-mail if you have any questions or desire additional pictures. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction end. Saab is sold again: two Chinese makers buy Saab
Fri, 28 Oct 2011Chinese car makers Pang Da and Youngman today agreed to buy Saab in its entirety from Swedish Automobile. It's the latest extraordinary twist in the saga of Saab, which has been technically bankrupt since September 2011 and built just 11,000 cars this year. The deal, which will see the Chinese car makers pay €100 million for Saab, has not yet however been signed and sealed.
Ford scores tumble, Toyota rebounds in Initial Quality survey
Thu, 23 Jun 2011Buyer satisfaction with new cars and trucks from Ford Motor Co., a strength that has helped it increase sales and market share in recent years, has tumbled, and Toyota has rebounded from its abnormally poor year-ago showing, according to a study released Thursday. In a J.D. Power and Associates survey that tracks problems reported during the first 90 days of ownership, the Ford and Lincoln brands plunged below the industry average of 107 problems reported per 100 models studied.
