PAYMENTS- We accept payments through PayPal. Payment is expected at the time of purchase.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS- If you choose to make a payment with a Visa / Master Card you will need to contact us through eBay message and we will reply with our phone number and complete the transaction over the phone.

SHIPPING- We ship each day, Monday through Friday, via UPS, FedEx or USPS, to the lower 48 states. We will ship outside the U.S. via USPS Priority Air. We understand that buyers want to receive their items ASAP, and we make every effort to ship on the day your payment clears, or on the next business day providing the item is in stock. You will receive an E-mail notification letting you know when and how your item was shipped.

Overseas and outside the Continental US buyers must ask for a shipping cost before bidding.

FEEDBACK- We greatly appreciate your feedback. Receiving feedback is the best way for us to know if we have served you well. E-Bay also uses your feedback to rate us as sellers. We in turn leave feedback on every buyer when payment is received. Thank you : )

RETURNS- You must contact us via E-mail before returning an item.

Returns- New Parts: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging, in unused condition. You will receive a refund for your purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee and minus the shipping cost we incurred sending the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event that we sent you the wrong part, we will pay the return shipping costs, and send you the correct item.

Returns- Used parts: We try to be very careful to in describing our used parts, pointing out any flaws, both in word and photographs. Therefore used parts are considered as non returnable, unless we sent you the wrong part.
