This chromed metal extension adds 1 1/2" to the bottom of the front fender and mounts with two allen head screws (included) on the side and double sided tape on the top rear; total piece is 4 1/4" tall. Also has rubber strips on the inside around the screw mount area for protection of front fender when tightening the screws. Obviously drilling is required to mount this item.

All GL1800 bikes have the same front fender size and dimension, and almost all manufacturers suggest not mounting extensions on air bag models because they might interfere with the air bag sensors, so, if you have an air bag model the choice is up to you.

We’ve already got some idea of what Volvo’s designers think the new XC90 should look like, but the styling cues on the Concept Coupe – and the teaser photos of the Concept XC Coupe (above) – give us a much clearer view of what Volvo are planning for one of their most successful cars.

The images, which come directly from a source inside the factory, show that the kind of original thinking that has made the Norfolk-based sportscar marque such a legend on the four wheels could equally turn it into a two-wheeled force to be reckoned with. The Lotus Motorcycles C-01 superbike looks utterly wild.
